“The confidence to push the couch to one side”
Hugh would like to welcome you to an hour’s exploration of functional exercise, and where it fits within osteopathy, and can increase the effectiveness of manual treatment. Hugh hopes to give Osteopaths the confidence to push the treatment table to one side by exploring the philosophies and practicalities of using therapeutic movement in all three planes. Hugh encourages attendees to make space to try out some of these techniques with him during the call, and would also like you to bring a small water bottle as a prop if possible.
