He is a transformation director, financial recovery expert, and business growth mentor for organisations in both the private and public sectors. He specialises in delivering large complex transformation and integrated care programmes in the NHS, and growing entrepreneurial SMEs in the private sector with a special focus in healthcare.
He is passionate about leading the transformation towards integrated care services for the benefit of patients.
He is also a Finance Advisor and Business Growth Mentor to ambitious entrepreneurial businesses manage their finances whilst accelerating growth, and delivers leadership development programmes and mentoring for senior executives and leadership teams.
Obi is a Deloitte qualified Chartered Accountant, an MBA from the London Business School and member of the Institute for Turnaround and Transformation.
